Yay! I did my regular Saturday routine. I survived a spin class with my knee in tact. Not saying it did not hurt to walk after, but I just took it slow. I did forgo my Sunday long run as I just cannot see attempting that yet, but going to get up early tomorrow for a 4th July spin class then 30 minutes of abs. At least I know I do not have to just sit on the couch and whine like a baby getting on everyones nerves going stir crazy. I’ll just spin the pain away.
