So I decided to move my pace run from today to tomorrow after work. Running really makes a great addition to the end of the work day. Calms me down and allows me to mumble under my breath about all of the kids who think they know everything and not have to worry about anyone hearing my tiraides.
This was probably a good idea anyway with yesterdays speed workout. I figured it would be a good weights day therefore I instead went to the Y and lifted for a little over an hour. I thought about trying to add in some cardio, but that just was not happening today.
Tonight I’m gonna hit the foam before I watch the inside of my eyelids. My quads and especially my right ITband are very unhappy.
